You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The project has not yet been started and you cancel within 24 hours of making payment.
- The services provided do not match the scope or description agreed upon during the initial discussion, and no satisfactory resolution can be achieved.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after work has started.
- Project delays caused by client’s lack of communication or response.
- Issues that are not directly related to our service.
- Work completed as per approved mockups or specifications.

- Reason for the refund request
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
